A little bit about me…

I truly love navigating my way through the “health and fitness lifestyle”, it has brought me a happiness that I think others can see and that they want for themselves and I want them to have that too. This is why I decided to become a personal trainer. I have recently passed certified personal trainer (CPT) exam through ACE and I am excited to begin helping others achieve their fitness goals!

I understand that everyone’s bodies are different in a million ways, everyone has different perceptions and has had different experiences with health and fitness. Everyone has different goals, starting points, and mindsets. I’m here to help you out with finding out what YOUR goals are and giving you the tools and support for reaching them.

I am 29 years old from Michigan. I have been married to my husband, Dan, for just over a year (together for 9 years). We have a boxer named Megatron and a tuxedo cat named Kit-Cat.

I originally went to college for graphics and web design and currently manage the website and social media pages for a local government organization. While my day job keeps me busy, I found such a love for fitness that I wanted to become professionally educated in my passion to be able to share that with others.

I have discovered myself to be a multi-passionate individual (“multipotentialite”) and I like to find ways to participate in all of the things I love as frequently as I can. Besides web/social media and fitness, I really enjoy cooking and baking (especially cakes – my “contradictory passion”), photography and being outdoors (spring – fall; not so much winter in Michigan).

While I will only be able to take on a limited number of clients at a time, I plan to still share information as often as possible and answer as many questions as I can! Stay tuned for more.
