Today was the first day of school at Pathway, and it was all smiles around here! Familiar faces and some friendly new ones made for an exciting first day for both learners and staff.

We’re thrilled to spend more time with our learners this year and can’t wait to watch them learn, grow, and reach new milestones throughout the school year. 💙

LESA Hosting Virtual Focus Groups This Week to Discuss Career Opportunities for Students Recent survey: parents are often unaware of the opportunities for students to take college classes or technical training while still in high school.

Backpack distribution is tonight from 4–6 p.m. at local school district distribution sites. We can't wait to see you all!

Mid-Michigan Matters: Backpacks for kids, school supply giveaway in Livingston County To get students prepared, the Livingston Educational Service Agency held a backpack drive to raise donations for students across the area.

We've packed a lot into the summer so far! From camps and recruiting events to college readiness seminars, classroom prep, construction (both real and pretend), and everyday moments with our learners.

🎒 Thursday is Backpack Distribution Day!

We're excited to help local students head back to school with the supplies they need for a successful year!

Join us on Thursday, August 6, from 4–6 p.m. at your local distribution site:

📍 Brighton: Brighton District Library
📍 Fowlerville: Fowlerville High School
📍 Hartland: HESSC
📍 Howell: Howell High School
📍 Pinckney: Pathfinder School

Each student who is present will have the opportunity to choose their own brand-new backpack, filled with school supplies and helpful community resources.

We can't wait to welcome families and help students start the school year feeling confident and prepared!

It takes a lot of helping hands to make Backpacks for Kids possible, and thankfully, our STEP learners are always ready to lend theirs! 💙🎒

Recently, they rolled up their sleeves and tackled some of the heavy lifting, picking up backpacks and supplies from donation sites and bringing them back to the Ed Center, where they're being sorted and prepared for distribution.
