✨ NATIONAL COACHES DAY ✨

Behind every skill is a coach who taught it.
Behind every competition is a coach who prepared for it.
Behind every confident gymnast is a coach who believed in her before she believed in herself. 💙

Today, we’re celebrating the coaches who do so much more than coach gymnastics.

To our HGA coaches: thank you for investing your time, energy and heart into our gymnasts. Thank you for pushing them to be stronger; not just as athletes, but as people.

Happy National Coaches Day to the coaches who make HGA what it is! 🩵🤍

This weekend, we celebrated by kicking off the start of competition season! 💙🤍✨

The girls spent the day hanging out, taking photos, setting goals, creating this year’s HGA playlist, and making their locker decorations! 🎀📸

Afterward, PreTeam headed to a glow open gym party, while the rest of the team enjoyed a movie under the stars! 🌟🎬

We can’t wait to watch these girls take the floor and show off all the hard work they’ve put in. We’re already SO proud of this team and can’t wait to see what this season brings! 💙

Let’s go, HGA! 🤸‍♀️✨

🤸‍♀️ Happy National Gymnastics Day! 🤸‍♂️

Today we’re celebrating the sport that teaches us so much more than how to flip, tumble, and stick a landing. Gymnastics builds strength, confidence, determination, friendships, and memories that last far beyond the gym 💙
