✨ What a weekend at Region 5 Foundations Camp✨

Some of our HGA girls had the opportunity to learn from some amazing National Team Coaches and Region 5 coaches. They spent the weekend working on skills, technique, strength, drills, and so much more as they prepare for the upcoming competition season.

We can’t wait to see them put everything they learned into action! Let’s go, HGA💙🖤
