Summer is where excuses get exposed.
Anybody can talk about attitude.

That’s when the truth shows up.
I don’t teach attitude.
I don’t teach perspective.
I LIVE it.
I earn it through pressure.
Through consequences.
Through adversity.
Through moments where there is no reset button.
The teacher disappears.
The test begins.
That’s why our Summer Training Circuit isn’t about throwing footballs.
It’s about learning how to respond when things get hard.
Because one day the whistle blows, the crowd gets loud, and nobody is coming to save you.

🔥⚔️ QB Training – Session 26 - 22a, 22A | Howell HS ⚔️🔥
Another Saturday. Another opportunity to build.
Today wasn’t just about throwing footballs. It was about showing up, working hard, competing, and learning how to lead when nobody is watching.
We covered footwork, movement drills, rollouts, frontside mechanics, Smash concepts, decision-making, and situational football. But the bigger lesson was this:
The hardest thing and the right thing are usually the same thing.
Proud of every quarterback who stepped on the field today. Different ages. Different schools. Different goals. One mission.
✅ Learn to do well.
✅ Love the work.
✅ Build your Army.
✅ Become the leader your team needs.
To my boys, Ryan Jr., Boston, and Camden — I love getting to share this journey with you. Those memories matter more than any stat sheet ever will.
Football has given me so much in life, and every session is an opportunity to give a little bit of it back.
