If a classroom is a garden, the students are the seeds. A wise gardener would never say to a struggling seed, “There must be something wrong with the seed.” The wise gardener would say, “I must have planted the seed in the wrong garden.”
The right school environment enables students to reach their full social and academic potential, in the same way that the right garden conditions enable a seed to meet its full fruit-bearing potiential.
