We are a local recreation center and homeowners association. Unlike other Community Associations, Clear Lake City's (CLCCA) amenities are open to the public.

We are open to the public and offer TONS of events, special interest classes, year round swimming, as well as a fitness room, gymnasium, etc. Anyone can purchase facility tags, use the one of our amenities for the daily fee of $5, rent a room for a reception or other special event, or attend a class. Of course, we love our residents, so all residents receive 20% off the listed price for any tag or class purchase.
