Who am I? ⍜ Hello, I’m Edouard
I’m an endurance athlete, 5× Ironman finisher, 2× Ironman World Championship qualifier, and mental endurance coach 🧠.
But more importantly, I’m someone who has lived - and questioned - why amateur endurance athletes struggle with performance ⚡️.
I created The Oser Project in the fall of 2025, while traveling through Latin America after leaving my career in real estate. That decision wasn’t impulsive - it was the result of years of reflection around a single recurring problem I kept observing in athletes, including myself 🤔....
Most athletes don’t lack discipline.
They don’t lack willpower.
They don’t lack physical capacity or structured training.
What holds them back is often something less visible - their inner state 🧠.
I lived this firsthand. Despite physical preparation and commitment, performance often felt heavy, tense, or misaligned. It was only when I began studying sports psychology, mental performance, and mindset training that everything shifted. Not just results - but the experience itself. I was finally able to achieve my goals with clarity, control, and peace of mind.
After years of racing, injuries, setbacks, certifications, and the study of hundreds of books and research papers on mental performance, one thing became clear:
This was the work I was meant to do 🤯
So I stepped away from my previous career to focus fully on what I do best - supporting athletes who dare to go beyond what is perceived as possible, train their mind with intention, and grow through sport and life. 💪🏼
