Jessica Requena - Received the Quality Award. Mrs. Requena gives everything she does 100% and pours her heart into Garfield Elementary!
Mallery Heinrich and Sindy Gonzalez - together, they received the Garfield Award. This instructional Coach dream team works together to provide support for staff and students each day!
Martha Clorio - Received the Castro Award. This award is given to someone who gives their time and effort to do anything and everything needed on campus! Mrs. Clorio does just that every day!

4th Grade Graduation was a huge success and a big part of that success is our enrichment team! Not pictured, but also a giant help is Mrs. Clorio! This event couldn’t happen without all of you. Thanks for your thoughtfulness and organization!

Celebrated our Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Zuniga and district Evaluator of the Year, Mrs. Kloesel today!! Proud of these two amazing people who have a positive impact on our Gators daily!

The 3rd grade field trip to Brazos Bend State Park allowed us to get out and explore nature! It was a great day of learning, hiking, and fun!

Our 2nd - 4th grade Dual Language Showcase was a huge success!! Mrs. Dunn, Mrs. Zuniga, Mrs. Borbon, Mrs. Sanchez, Mrs. Crespo, and Mrs. H. Cruz did an amazing job of preparing their students to showcase their 2nd language! Our students were absolute superstars! Way to go, Gators!
