You are truly the heart of our school. Always greeting everyone with a big smile, you make every student, parent, and teacher feel welcome at home the moment they walk in.
Your patience, kindness, and gentle way of teaching the tiniest of students is something truly special to witness. You have a gift for making music feel safe, joyful, and full of love from the very beginning.
Beyond your incredible teaching, you are simply a wonderful person to be around-gracious, steady, and full of warmth. We are so grateful for everything you bring to our school family.

Keep track of your daily practice starting Monday, April 20th through Thursday, May 14th. The winner(s) will be announced on Recital Day!

Today the BCC Music Houston Ensemble had their very first sight-reading rehearsal for our recital closing songs… and let’s just say-it was beautifully chaotic!
Notes were missed, pages were flipped (maybe a little too fast), and there were a few “wait… where are we?” moments-but we laughed, we played, and we loved every second of it.
Recital Countdown has officially begun!
