Sunday is the start of Rosh Hashanah, also known as the Jewish New Year, which marks the beginning of the Jewish High Holy Days.
For Rosh Hashanah, it's tradition to celebrate a sweet new year with some sweet foods. Apples are eaten with honey. And the bread traditionally eaten before a meal with a pinch of salt, is eaten with a dollop of honey as well.

We trust we have given them what they need to be equipped for the challenges ahead. Congratulations to our 2022 graduates!

This week we learned about earthworms and made sweet treat flower pots complete with oreo dirt, raspberry flowers and gummy worms! A special thanks to for a worm themed yoga class. The pose of the day was the yoga inch worm which required the use all of the muscles in the body. What a fun week!
