The Ignite Leadership Program follows a cohort model and meets on Fridays from 1:00PM – 3:00PM where we focus on specific leadership skills and competencies. Students in the program will participate in a small group led by an Ignite peer mentor, as well as service and social events throughout the semester. The Ignite Leadership Program is a foundational competency based leadership development program designed for emerging leaders. Ignite is a semester long program, offered during both the fall and spring, and is open to any undergraduate or graduate student with or without past leadership training or experience.
