Awards and promotion ceremonies for PK–5th grades are next week!

Please check ParentSquare for your child’s event schedule, important details, and entry requirements.

✅ Admission Passes are required for entry to all ceremonies and awards programs.
✅ All guests must present a valid photo ID.
✅ Parents are encouraged to enter at the same time as any of their guests and/or provide each guest with a copy of the pass.
✅ Additional copies are available in the front office but should be picked up in advance of ceremonies.

Tomorrow is the big day!

Update: Due to the weather forecast, field day will be held indoors. There will no longer be a need for sunscreen or a change of clothes.

Thank you for all of the donations and to those who have registered to volunteer tomorrow. We are looking forward to a fun day!

Thank you, parents, for your support with the first day of MAP testing! 🐯📚 We are proud to share that we had 98% student attendance today! Your partnership and support help make a huge difference for our students.

Please remember that testing continues tomorrow with Reading MAP testing for 2nd–5th grade students. Students should:

✅ Arrive to school on time
✅ Be present all day
✅ Get plenty of rest tonight
✅ Eat a healthy breakfast
✅ Leave cell phones at home during testing

We also want to remind families to prepare for Friday’s Field Day! ☀️🎉 We are requesting parent support with donations. Please see the attached flyer for requested items by grade level. If possible, please send them tomorrow so we have time to sort, organize, and refrigerate (where needed).

Thank you to all the parents who have already sent in donations! We truly appreciate your generosity and support in helping make Field Day a fun and successful event for our students! 💙🐯

Reminder: MAP testing for Kinder–5th grade begins tomorrow, Tuesday, and we are excited for our students to show all they have learned this year!

Please help us by ensuring students:
✔️ Arrive to school on time each day by 7:25 am
✔️ Attend school daily
✔️ Remain at school all day
✔️ Get plenty of rest each night (in bed by 8 pm)
✔️ Leave cell phones, smart watches, and other electronics at home on testing days

It also helps if you remind students how much we believe in them and give them the confidence to take their time, use their strategies, & do their best!!

Students can continue practicing at home using IXL after school to help strengthen their skills before testing. 💻📚

We are excited to celebrate students who meet their MAP goals! Students who reach their end-of-year goals will be recognized during our End of Year Awards Ceremonies and will earn a visit to the Prize Cart! 🏆

Students who are absent during testing may need to complete make-up MAP testing on Friday, May 22, which is also Field Day. We want all students to be able to fully participate in the exciting activities planned for that day!
