Our first Big Climber of the week is something like a Superhero. This person not only has excellent
instructional practices inside the classroom but is a fantastic teammate. This teacher's coach shares this person makes all the right moves with show calls, turn and talks, and data gathering during independent activities. This person is a Climb leader and leads their team to ensure every Climber has great experiences each week. Whenever you have a tech question or need support, this teacher is there to support you. We are proud to announce Mr. Dylan Monmouth as the Big Climber of the week. Mr.
Monmouth provides innovative opportunities for his PK to 4th to explore computer literacy. Mr.
Monmouth is currently teaching his students how to create 3D model homes on computers. He
coaches flag football, did all the leg work for the Winter show, and helps run the school's social media. Because of his leadership, students can work towards the Excellence Cup and compete with their peers. You can catch Mr. Monmouth hitting a smooth dance move around the school. This describes how special Mr. Monmouth is to our campus. We appreciate you, Mr. Monmouth; enjoy your special parking spot!

KCA soccer team played their hearts out today. They won the first game in a shoot out. Then entered into the champion where they came in second place. Congratulations KCA soccer team!

Our Rookie of the week is a first-year teacher, and she made a brave choice to start her teaching career here at KIPP Climb Academy. This teacher has shown true grit and resilience when faced with adversities. This teacher has a growth mindset and is open to feedback. Her coaches states, " she asks all the right questions to improve her practice." This teacher works to build relationships with her students and families. We are proud to announce Ms. Alondra Infante as the Rookie of the Week. Ms.
Infante works to ensure everything she is doing is in the best interest of all students. Thank you, Ms.

Our Rookie of the week is not in her first year of teaching, but she is new to the grade level and content. She has taken on this new role while working at her small business and attending graduate school. This teacher ensures she internalizes her lessons weekly and is always willing to model for teammates during content teams. Her coach shared she has excellent time and task management and implements feedback immediately. We are proud to announce Ms. Sasha Parkerson as our Rookie of the Week!
