Today we’re celebrating our first-grade team, Mrs. Castillo and Mrs. Ortiz; two teachers who stepped onto our campus for the first time this year and immediately felt like they’d always been part of the Kardia family.

We are celebrating Ms. Rita and Ms. Kate, two extraordinary teachers who pour so much heart, joy, and excellence into our students every day.

Ms. Rita brings energy, encouragement, and confidence to our Eagles through PE. She creates a space where students can move, grow, and challenge themselves while having an absolute blast.

Ms. Kate leads our students in Bible, Music, and Spanish, weaving faith, creativity, and culture into meaningful learning experiences. Her classrooms are filled with joy, worship, rhythm, and discovery.

We are so grateful for the way these two women enrich our school and love our students so well.

We are so grateful for our incredible kindergarten team, Ms. Locke, Mrs. McDaniel, and Ms. Lyda. These three bring joy, patience, and creativity into every corner of their classrooms.

They build the foundation of learning through intentional, hands‑on academic experiences that make early literacy, math, and problem‑solving come alive. Our littlest Eagles grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity because of the way these teachers pour into them each day.
