👀✨ Watch Me Work Day at MOLO
Last week our classrooms opened their doors for Watch Me Work Day—giving parents a special opportunity to step into their child’s everyday learning environment. 🌿
Throughout the morning, children proudly introduced some of their favorite works, shared materials they enjoy using, and even talked about work that feels challenging but meaningful to them.
From math and language to sensorial and practical life activities, parents were able to observe the independence, concentration, and confidence that naturally grow within a Montessori classroom.
Thank you to all the families who joined us and took the time to experience these meaningful classroom moments alongside your children.

🌿📚 Learning Together Across Ages
Our Kindergarten and Elementary students recently enjoyed a special field trip together to Camden Park and the library—and one of the sweetest parts of the day was watching the mixed-age Montessori community in action. 💛
Throughout the trip, each Elementary student took a Kindergarten child under their wing, helping guide, encourage, and support them during the transition and activities along the way.
From walking together and exploring new spaces to sharing conversations and small moments of care, these experiences are a beautiful reflection of the Montessori mixed-age environment. Younger children gain confidence and inspiration from older peers, while older students naturally develop leadership, patience, and compassion.
Sometimes, the most meaningful learning happens through relationships. 🌱

☀️🥐 A Lovely Morning at MOLO
Last Friday, we welcomed our families for a warm and joyful Parents Breakfast at MOLO. From coffee and breakfast to conversations and laughter, it was such a meaningful way to begin the day together.
We are so grateful to our parents for taking the time to join us and be part of our school community. These simple moments of connection between families, children, and teachers help make MOLO feel truly special. It is so important for children to show gratitude to their parents for all they do, and serve them once in a while.💛
Thank you for sharing the morning with us—we loved having you here!

💐❤️ Mother’s Day Through Language & Love
Our elementary students poured their hearts into making Mother’s Day cards — in Chinese.
They carefully wrote “妈妈” (māma), “母亲” (mǔqīn), and “爱” (ài — love). Different characters, different strokes… but every single one carrying the same meaning. The same warmth. The same devotion.
No matter the language, no matter how it’s written — a mother’s love, and a child’s love in return, needs no translation.
To all the moms in our community: thank you for being the steady hands, the patient listeners, the quiet strength behind every child’s day. We see you, and our students do too.
Happy Mother’s Day! 💐

What a week of appreciation we had from our parents!!! So many goodies provided by the Ladicho Family, Kuong Family, Jialin Wang Family, Itoe Family, Sarfani Family, Thomas Family, Saab-Gupta Family and our Elementary classrooms. On top of that, there were plants, flowers, self care kits, gift cards and more. We truly love each day helping your kids achieve, we don’t need more. But we thank you so much for this show of appreciation!

🌻✨ Planting Little Seeds of Growth
Our Kindergarten children had a special hands-on moment as they planted sunflower seeds in their own small pots. Carefully filling the soil, placing each seed, and giving it just the right amount of water—every step was done with focus and care.
Through this simple activity, children are not only learning how plants grow, but also experiencing patience, responsibility, and the joy of nurturing something over time.
We can’t wait to watch these tiny seeds grow—just like our children, little by little, every day. 🌱💛
