New Caney Independent School District is preparing for the 2026–2027 school year, and we ask for your assistance in ensuring that all student records are accurate before the first day of school. Beginning July 13, 2026, all parents and guardians of returning students must complete Proof of Residency (POR) and Returning Student Online Verification (RSOV) for each student enrolled in the district. Completing these steps allows the district to verify student residency, update emergency contacts, and confirm that all required annual forms and information are up to date.

Our Explorers Club students had an amazing time on their field trip to Space Center Houston last week! Students explored exhibits, discovered the wonders of space exploration, and had so much fun learning together.

Our Project Hail Mary Challenge prototype finalists also joined the trip and brought along their incredible final model to showcase. We are so proud of their hard work, creativity, and innovation!

Our first-ever Science-Palooza was a huge success!

A huge thank you to all of our incredible students in Explorers Club, Astrobots Club, and Sprouts Club for participating and proudly sharing their hard work, creativity, and love of science. We are so proud of each and every one of you!

We would also like to give a very special thank you to our wonderful Crippen families for pouring your hearts into supporting your students at home and for helping share a love of science throughout our entire Crippen community. Your encouragement and support made this event truly special. What an exciting and memorable way to end the school year!
