🌎✨ Adventure Awaits Team Training! ✨🌎

What an AMAZING, fun, and productive day of team training! Our Heights Preschool teachers and staff grabbed their passports and traveled through 5 exciting training stops—and every stop brought a new challenge, lesson, and opportunity to grow! 📚✈️

From building confidence and strengthening teamwork to taking on challenging tasks and refreshing important policies, our team showed up ready to learn, laugh, collaborate, and become even better educators. 💪🏽❤️

We explored important topics including:
🩸 Bloodborne Pathogens
🛡️ Child Abuse & Neglect
🏫 Building & Premises Safety
💤 SIDS & Safe Sleep
🥜 Children with Food Allergies

Because being an AWESOME teacher is more than what happens inside the classroom. It’s about confidence, teamwork, knowledge, compassion, safety, and a commitment to our children and families. 🌟

🎓✨ FAREWELL, KINDER CREW! ✨🎓

What a beautiful and unforgettable last fun day at Heights Preschool! 💛 Our Kinder Crew is getting ready to close one chapter and begin an exciting new adventure—KINDERGARTEN! 📚🎒✨

We may be missing a few of our Kinder Crew friends from this post, but please know that every single child has left a special mark on our hearts. ❤️ We will always remember their bright smiles, silly laughs, warm hugs, unique personalities, and all the little things that made each of them wonderfully them.

Watching these children grow, learn, discover, and become more independent has been such a gift. We are so proud of the little people they are becoming and cannot wait to see all the amazing things ahead! 🌟
