Do you know what a waterline is?

The term 'Waterline' is a makeup term (so don't look for it in any medical books) for the line of skin between the lower eyelashes and the eye.

Do you know what the visual effects of putting liner on your waterline are?

Well, that all depends on the color or shade you choose.
For example: Using a white, silver or champaign liner on the waterline makes the eyes look more open, dewey and bright.
