3 - Grab your fist with your other hand

Ebola is rare, but itโs okay to stay informed๐ก
Hereโs the basics:
โ
Spreads through direct contact with body fluids (not casual contact)
โ
Not airborne. You canโt get it from being near someone or sharing space
โ
Symptoms may include fever, fatigue, muscle pain, vomiting, and diarrhea
โ
People are only contagious after symptoms begin
๐ฌ Good news: Risk for students in the U.S. is extremely low.

Memorial Day can bring up a lot of feelings. โค๏ธ
As we honor and remember those who served, itโs also okay if today feels heavy.
If youโre feeling sad or overwhelmed, try:
Take a quiet moment to breathe
Reach out to someone you trust
Get outside for fresh air
Do something small that brings you comfort
Grief, gratitude, and everything in between are valid.
If you need extra support, you donโt have to go through it alone. Reach out to CAPS or explore our Psychiatry services for care and support. Explore our Linktree in our profile for more information.
