For the last three weeks, Zion has had a packed house during the education hour as we have participated in a pilot program from CarePartners on learning how to become a dementia-friendly congregation. From learning about dementia to looking at how worship, space, and interactions can be more supportive, it was an incredible series. Zion was CarePartner’s first pilot church - we could not recommend this series more highly to other churches!

TWO Zioners got elected at the assembly! Deacon Michelle to the Discipline Committee, and Andrew to Synod Council. Bishop Tracey shared that they had to check the constitution because they haven’t had a youth this young serve in some time. Congrats Zioners!
