Earnesteen Milstead Middle School

🐦‍🔥Phoenix Family,

We would like to thank all of our students, staff, and parents for a wonderful school year. Our students have had many great accomplishments this school year including:

⭐️ Our UIL Academic Team placed 1st in their final competition.

⭐️ Milstead students placed in chess competitions, Get Fit Jog, the Spanish Spelling Bee, the Math Bee, the Big Shoot Out, and Punt, Pass, and Kick.

⭐️ The Milstead Student Council received both the TEPSA Student Leadership Award and ASCA National School of Excellence Award.

⭐️Our Choir, Band, and Orchestra did a great job at their Benchmark Festivals.

⭐️Our Art students were placed in numerous competitions.

📣As a reminder, Friday, May 22nd, is the last day of school and students will be dismissed at 1:00.

🏫Our Meet the Teacher for the 2026-27 School Year is scheduled for Friday, August 7th. 5th Grade will be from 9:00 – 10:00 AM and 6th Grade will be from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. The first day of school for the 2026-2027 school year is Thursday, August 13th. A supply list will be sent home with your child on the last day of school. Please encourage them to continue reading over the summer.
