The ASME IGTI Aircraft Engine Technology Award and the ASME IGTI Industrial Gas Turbine Technology Award share a nomination submission deadline of October 15, 2025.

The ASME IGTI Aircraft Engine Technology Award is given to an individual for sustained personal creative contributions to aircraft engine technology in the areas of aircraft engine design, and/or research and development in the fields of combustion and fuels, heat transfer, manufacturing materials and metallurgy.

The Industrial Gas Turbine Technology Award recognizes sustained personal creative scientific or technological contributions unique to electric power or mechanical drive industrial gas turbine technology.
