Today, we recognize the dedication of workers everywhere and the many ways their talents, service, and commitment help our communities thrive.

We are especially grateful for our incredible Regis faculty and staff, whose passion and care help shape our boys into scholars and gentlemen rooted in the Sacred Heart tradition.

Happy Feast Day! 🙏✝️❤️

As the first Mass of the school year, the Feast of the Holy Spirit not only gives an opportunity to gather as a community but also blesses the new school year and Regis' students, faculty, and staff. All Sacred Heart schools around the world celebrate this important liturgical celebration at the beginning of each school year.

We invite the Holy Spirit to be present with us throughout the school year – guiding our thoughts, inspiring our actions, and drawing us closer to the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Thank you to Regis Chaplain Fr. Jim Murphy, CSB, for joining us this morning to celebrate Mass!

Also, following Mass, we celebrated the Class of 2027 with the Eighth Grade Tie Ceremony as the boys received their blessing and their new ties. 👔😍

As they receive their new ties during this time-honored tradition at Regis, they also assume new responsibilities as leaders of our school community, and we know our young men will make us proud! Congratulations, gentlemen!

Built-in BFFs! 😍

Yesterday, our Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 boys were all smiles as they met with their Fifth and Sixth Grade Big Brothers for the first time this semester.

Together, they enjoyed snack time, did some fun in-class activities, and played together outside. There was so much love, laughter, and joy!

The Big Brother, Little Brother program allows our boys to exercise maturity and foster leadership skills among the Middle School students. They serve as mentors to their Early Childhood and Lower School classmates and model expectations of respect and high moral character, rooted in the five Sacred Heart Goals.

We just love sharing heartwarming moments like these!

Starting the year on a high note! 🗣️🎶

The Regis Choir is back in action, and things are already sounding pretty impressive! With an incredible turnout, our Knights have been busy rehearsing, finding their harmony, and preparing to share their talents with the Regis community throughout the year.

We love seeing so many boys excited to lend their voices to this special group, and we can’t wait to hear what they accomplish together! Beyond making great music, singing in a choir builds confidence, teamwork, discipline, and leadership.

For our youngest Knights, learning is all about keeping curious minds engaged and excited. And sometimes, all it takes is a little creativity, a lot of fun, and a touch of magic!

Our Early Childhood and Lower School Spanish teacher, Ms. Labbruzzo, had a few tricks up her sleeve during a recent Pre-K3 lesson. As the boys practiced new Spanish vocabulary, she brought the words to life with some fun magic tricks, costume and all! With the words “abracadabra,” our boys watched things appear and disappear, keeping them engaged and eager to see what would happen next!

Brewing up something great! ☕😊

This morning, Regis dads gathered in the Miller Family Student Life Center for the Dads Welcome Back Coffee, hosted by the Parents Association. With coffee in hand, dads caught up with familiar faces, made new connections, and kicked off the school year in true Regis community spirit.

Dads also had the opportunity to learn more about the Regis Parents Association, discover the many ways to get involved, and see how their time and talents can help make Regis even better.

A big thank you to all the dads who joined us this morning, and a special shout-out to our committee chairs and Parents Association leaders for bringing everyone together and helping start the year on such a great note!
