Greetings Frost ES Parents!
We are looking for 8β10 parents who are ready to take the next step in supporting Frost Elementary by joining our Parent Advisory Group and FACE Committee.
Attending school events is importantβbut family engagement goes one step further. Instead of only attending activities planned by the school, engaged parents have opportunities to share ideas, provide feedback, help plan meaningful family activities, and partner with the school to create positive experiences for students and families. As a member of the Frost ES Parent Advisory Group and FACE Committee, your voice will help guide the work of the committee throughout the school year.
Parents will partner with campus staff and FACE to:
Participate in the Campus Walkthrough and provide a parent perspective on how welcoming and family-friendly the campus feels.
Help guide our Common Ground Parent CafΓ© by identifying topics, concerns, and conversations that are important to Frost families.
Review parent feedback and POSSIP results to help the committee better understand family experiences, needs, and concerns.
Support FACE workshops and family engagement activities by helping identify topics and resources that would benefit Frost families.
Participate in monthly FACE Committee meetings to share ideas, provide feedback, and help move our family engagement goals forward.
Help shape our End-of-Year (EOY) Action Plan by reflecting on our progress and identifying ways Frost ES can continue strengthening family-school partnerships.
You do not need special experience or expertiseβwe simply need parents who care about Frost ES and are willing to share their voice and ideas. If you are interested in becoming one of our parent representatives, please let us know.
