There’s this idea that CPR is for “trained professionals”.
But in reality?
Most emergencies don’t happen in hospitals…
They happen at home, at work, at the gym, at school…
in the middle of completely normal days.
And when they do, it’s not a doctor standing there first.
It’s a parent.
A teacher.
A coach.
A coworker.
A friend.
Regular people - who either know what to do.. or wish they did ♥️.

These two are often confused - but they’re not the same.
🫀A heart attack is a circulation problem.
The heart is still beating, but blood flow is blocked.
🫀A cardiac arrest is an electrical problem.
The heart suddenly stops beating - and the person stops breathing.
👉🏼 CPR is used in cardiac arrest, not heart attacks.
Knowing the difference can help you respond the right way ♥️.

CPR isn’t about “restarting the heart” ♥️.
It’s about keeping blood - and oxygen - moving through the body when the heart can’t.
Chest compressions act as a manual pump, helping circulate oxygen-rich blood to the brain and vital organs.
It’s simple, but incredibly powerful 💪🏼.

CPR isn’t just for one type of emergency.
It can be needed in everyday situations - at home, at the gym or even out in public.
Being prepared in sudden emergencies can transform fear into confidence 🙌🏼.

One of the biggest reasons people hesitate in emergencies?
Fear of doing something wrong.
But the truth is - it’s almost always better to do something rather than nothing. Especially with cardiac arrest. There’s nothing worse than a heart that stops beating. Anything you do can only help.
Confidence comes with practice - and that’s exactly what we’re here to help with 💪🏼.
