Thank you for sharing your experience and for being open about your concerns. As a parent, your vigilance and advocacy for your child's safety and well-being are both necessary and commendable. We are trying sorry to hear that your experience at the daycare did not meet your expectations, particularly when it comes to communication and the handling of the incident involving your child. While we understand that children may occasionally get hurt during normal play, how these situations are addressed and communicated with parents is absolutely critical. Your feedback regarding the interaction with Ms. Valarie is welcome. No parent should ever feel dismissed or disrespected when trying to discuss the safety of their child. We believe strongly in maintaining open, respectful communication between staff and families, and it's clear from your account that this standard was not your experience.
