C*C Closing Ceremony Rehearsal🥋

After just two martial arts classes, the kids stepped onto the stage and performed.

Around me, instructors were running around, calling out last-minute instructions and trying to keep everything together.

Me?

I sat behind my tripod, sipped my Venti Ice Blue Coconut Matcha, and watched. 😎

No last-minute coaching. No shouting from the sidelines. No panic.

They already knew what to do.

These kids were amazing. Give them clear instruction, trust them to execute, and sometimes the best thing an instructor can do is get out of the way.

Proud of what they pulled off after only two classes. 👏🥋

*C Another amazing group—this time with the younger kids in Cohorts 9 & 10.

Put 50 random kids together anywhere else, and you’d probably hear nonstop yelling and chaos. Here, they listened, followed instructions, and learned.

Once again, after just TWO classes, I didn’t have to teach. I simply sat back, recorded, and watched them run the class and practice together.

So proud of what these kids have accomplished in such a short time.

*C These kids are amazing! After teaching just two classes, they‘re already able to run the class on their own. Today, all I did was sit back, record, and watch them practice together.

About 50 kids with zero prior martial arts experience. This is Cohorts 3 & 4, and I’m incredibly proud of how quickly they‘ve learned.
