So many of us don't always take the time to warm up before we sing. 🎶
💥Confession Alert: I used to do that too! Until I learned how important it truly is!

Why it's important to warm up! Think of yourself as a runner or athlete. Think of how important it is for them to stretch and warm up. Your voice is a muscle and you don't want to strain it by taking off sprinting. Start off slowly and gently - don't rush the process.
