CLOSED & CLOSED!!! Excited to be capping off a fantastic quarter at Williams-Ocque Group with this week’s closings of our latest builds at 1419 and 1423 Holly - both of which went under contract in less than a week. Hard to believe that we started construction just over seven months ago and managed to bring them to fruition without delays. We’re so proud of the final result and couldn’t be happier about the wonderful buyers that chose to make these one-of-a-kind First Ward properties their homes. As always, so thankful with everyone involved in this experience that helped making our Holly project a reality

Our second Holly house went live today. While it’s hard for me to have a favorite in this newly completed First Ward pair, from the moment it was framed, I was so excited to see a floorplan I had spent so long imagining finally come to life. It’s a feel good place with generously proportioned spaces that you just can’t wait to fill with family, friends and fido – thanks to a huge kitchen, our first new build mudroom, large upstairs den and first floor dog cubby. So excited how the entry façade wood detail, interior colors and master bath turned out – classic with a contemporary twist.

So proud to unveil the first of two new houses in our Holly project, nearing completion in the First Ward. With a year plus usually invested in each of our developments, it’s always a labor of love getting to the finish line, but I’m particularly excited about this contemporary brick cottage. A lot of care was taken to create something appropriate to the history of the neighborhood, while supporting a modern, urban lifestyle. Think big style in a small, but highly functional space with a connection to the outdoors - just moments from the best of the city.
