In honor of Postdoc Appreciation Week, celebrated from Sept. 16-20, postdocs at McGovern Medical School have their art displayed on the McGovern Art Wall located on the ground floor of the Medical School Building. Postdocs enjoyed a ceremony unveiling the gallery, Sept. 18 in the Leather Lounge.

High school and undergraduate students recently concluded the BRAINS Summer Research Program hosted by the BRAINS Research Laboratory in the Department of Neurology. In the 10-week program, participants are paired with an experienced scientific mentor and are assigned to a research project, where they complete considerable active research within the group. At the end of the program, each student presents their findings to the BRAINS Laboratory Research Team.
