I always tell people that school is just meant to teach you how to memorize. Nothing more.

Yeah! They're just churning memorizing machines as if we don't have enough bots for that! Smh!

Nursing school for example doesn't make good nurses, it just makes nurses who have crammed all types of medicines but don't know how where they are applicable.

They have no single idea how to be compassionate, empathizing or even remotely skilled to do what nurses do.

Hear it from me, Good grades don't make you a Good Nurse hands-on.

These things can only be learned through practice. Through clinicals. Where? Right at the "field", not in class.

Now hear me out, I am not completely trashing nursing school, but we all can agree that over 50% of what is taught in nursing school has no relevance in the job market.

While some theories are vital, majority of it is just horse!

This makes me wonder...

If you know about this, why stress yourself, grinding your butt off, pulling all-nighters trying to memorize irrelevant stuff?
