National Apprenticeship Week is about recognizing all the apprentices out there willing to take a different road.
Not every apprentice followed the path people expected.
Some were told college was the only option.
Some took a chance on the trades when others doubted it.
Some chose a road nobody in their family had taken before.
That takes guts.
It takes toughness to break old patterns and bet on yourself.
Our apprentices did that.
They chose to learn a craft, earn while they learn, and build a future with their hands and their minds.
That boldness is part of why our apprenticeship program is stronger than ever and growing.
To all the apprentices out there, thank you for being tough enough to take the road less traveled and proud enough to carry construction trades forward.
You’re not just building careers.
You’re changing family stories.

National Apprenticeship Week is about recognizing the people driving Apprenticeship Programs forward.
We’re proud to have one of the strongest and largest apprenticeship groups we’ve ever had, and growing.
To our apprentices, thank you for bringing grit, pride, and heart every day. You are the reason this program continues to grow and why the future of our trade looks bright.
Real training. Real people. Real commitment.

This is what apprenticeship looks like. Hard work, teamwork, and hands-on training that turns beginners into skilled plumbers. During National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud of every apprentice putting in the work and building their future through HAPJAC.

Big congratulations to every contestant in this year’s State Apprenticeship Contest.
You all showed up, put in the work, and represented your craft the right way. That takes discipline, pride, and a lot of hours that most people never see. Respect to each of you for stepping up and competing.
A special shoutout to our own Micah Scwietzer for bringing home 1st place.
That didn’t happen by chance. That’s skill, preparation, and commitment coming together at the right time. You set the standard, and you earned it.
Plumbers Local 68 and HAPJAC couldn’t be more proud.
This is exactly what our training is built for. We invest in people who are serious about their future, and moments like this prove it’s working. Watching our members compete at this level and win says a lot about the culture we’re building.
Micah, you represented your Union brothers and sisters the right way.
To all the contestants, keep pushing. This is just one step in a long career.
We’re proud of all of you.

A career doesn’t have to take four years in college.
This is paid training.
Real skills.
A clear path forward.
You work.
You learn.
You build something that lasts.
If you’re ready to stop drifting and start earning,
this is your move.
