Congrats to the first finisher of our 13 years old and older Black Belt part 2 students. You finished the 7K with no music, no electronics... just sheer indomitable spirit. Kudos sir!

We're going to wait for everyone else that comes in but congratulations to everyone who is doing the run today. Mudo! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

🥊 This weekend with UFC Freedom 250, the whole country will be talking about fighting.

But here’s the truth for most dads:

You don’t need to step into a cage.

You need to be able to get off the floor easily.
You need your back, hips, shoulders, and knees to move better.
You need a little time with other men who are also trying to stay strong, healthy, and engaged.

That’s why KMA is hosting:

👊 Father’s Day Mobility, Coffee & Connection
Strong Dads Keep Moving

This is a relaxed, dad-friendly mobility session led by Sabumnim Master David — KMA Taekwondo Hapkido 4th Dan Black Belt, GMB Fitness Certified Personal Trainer, Philly marathon and NYC triathlon finisher, and a dad in his 50s who still moves with strength and freedom.

No martial arts experience required.
No pressure.
Just movement, coffee, connection, and a better way to start your Saturday.

⚠️ PSA: Self Defense 101 = Awareness⚠️

Houston receiving visitors from around the world reminds us that awareness is the first line of self-defense.

❤️ Trust your instincts.
👀 If you see something, say something.
💪 Stay aware, not afraid.

Evil flourishes when good people remain silent.

Stay safe, Houston.

🥋🔥 Friday Night at KMA vs Friday Night on a Phone 🔥🥋

While many kids stayed home on their screens last night… these KMA Warriors showed up on a Friday night to build discipline, confidence, and focus through WT Taekwondo sparring training. 💪👊

This is about more than kicks and punches.
It’s about helping young people grow into strong, respectful, resilient leaders. ❤️

If you’ve been looking for something positive and challenging for your child this summer, we’d love to meet you.

For all who attended our Mothers Day Self Defense 101 seminar 2 days ago, here is a sobering and sad reminder that what we learned about transition zones (eg parking lots) is absolutely real. Please take a min to 🙏🏼 for this victim's recovery.

Texas Medical Center police said the Houston Methodist employee was rushed to the hospital after she was found stabbed in her car in the parking garage.
