Designed for teens ages 15β18, this program offers a supportive, studio-based environment where students refine their artistic voice, build strong portfolios for college applications, and connect with a community of like-minded peers. Free and open to the public.

A limited number of merit-based scholarships are available for fall semester courses and workshops at the Glassell Studio School. These scholarships for adults are awarded through a portfolio review by a panel of Studio School faculty. Submissions are due by April 1, 2026.

Explore the magic of watercolor in the spring workshop, "Painting: Exploring Color and Texture."
The workshop explores color combinations, techniques, and pattern while experimenting with the unpredictability of watercolor. Workshop begins Monday, February 9.

Join us on December 10 for the next Glassell Lecture Series event, featuring artist Tsedaye Makonnen.
Makonnen's performance lecture will reflect on the past decade of her international series titled, "Astral Sea", that recently culminated in a two year project across institutions in the North Berkshires. She will be screening performance films while reading text from her latest book, "Refuge used to live among the Hoosic River and the White Oak Trees", published by the Williams College Museum of Art.
Free and open to the public.

Classes for the "Again: The Future of Plastics" have wrapped up. Students will deliver and install the plastic outdoor workstation at Hermann Park in February. Stay tuned for the unveiling of these powerful student-built contributions to our community.
