K2 Academy K2 provides a fun, kind, and supportive environment for athletes in Gymnastics , Ninja and Tumbling! We give our students (Age Walking-13) daily challenges and reward their successes, both big and small.

Good for both of these two!

We didn’t have much time to do my daughter’s hair this morning, but she wanted beads. Beads make her feel pretty.. (and a bit sassy). I could have said no and just freshened up her curls.. but compromising (only doing one strand of beads) and allowing her to choose the style gives her more confidence. It’s not always about intricate styles. It’s about connecting and building confidence. even when you don’t have a lot of time. #hairstyleswithdad #dadanddaughter

Let’s be the change we wish to see!

I personally have been extremely impacted by the winds from Thursday; instead of complaining about what we don’t have in my weaker moments…I’m proud of my stronger moments!

Setting an example of respect, appreciation for my neighbors, the workers and those that have more than I do is more important than the words most are putting out at this time!

I understood long ago that sticks and stones may break my bones, but words have too much power to hurt! Therefore, I am learning to quit talking or reaching out! Now I’m protecting myself from the hurt and stepping away!

Everything is a choice! Make a choice you can be proud of!

When it rains it pours!
Our students should be sheltered from the rain at least while in our schools.
