FINALLY! I have solidified 2 Texas dates for handstand workshops, the first is coming up QUICK at . More dates announced soon!! :::::: This workshop will be a unique blend of Forrest yoga and strength focused handstand drills. It is designed to give you the tools you need to find balance, strength, and killer alignment in your handstand practice. Attendees should be able to kick into and hold a handstand for 15-30 seconds at the wall or with a spotter.

Hey guys!! I have spent the last 10 days traveling to Massachusetts for a 5 day advanced Acro training, and then to marfa for the viva big bend festival!! It's been extremely fun and I have learned so much!! I'm headed home to teach my new time slot at say OM 8-9pm!!
Tonights class at Blue Tree Yoga will be FULL of awesome inversions!! If you're lucky YOU will even get to make a SAVASANA angel!! ;-) Hope to see you there!!
