We took our Riverwood beginners to Kemah Boardwalk today! ☀️ It was HOT, but we had a great time, lots of laughs, and made some great memories together 🎡🌊

Huge congratulations to our Beginner Band for an outstanding performance at the Humble ISD Beginning Band Festival today! 🎶

Their hard work, focus, and dedication truly paid off as they earned a Superior rating from the judges—an incredible achievement! We’re so proud of the growth they’ve shown and the energy they brought to the stage.

Over the past two days, our Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Honor Band took the stage at UIL State Evaluations — and they absolutely shined.

We are thrilled to share that **every judge awarded every band a Division 1 rating** — a clean sweep for Riverwood! 🏆

We couldn’t be prouder of our students for their hard work, dedication, and musicianship. Thank you to our administration and Riverwood faculty for their support, and to our families for cheering them on every step of the way.
Now it’s time for spring concert music!!

🎵Houston Symphony Field Trip!🎺
Today our beginning band students had the incredible opportunity to experience the Houston Symphony live! From the first downbeat to the final chord, their eyes lit up with excitement and inspiration. Watching world-class musicians perform right in front of them sparked curiosity, joy, and a deeper appreciation for the music they’re learning every day.
We loved seeing their enthusiasm grow—and who knows, maybe today’s concert inspired a few future symphony players!
Such a memorable day filled with music, learning, and inspiration!

Veterans Day Assembly 2025 🇺🇸
Today, we came together as a community to honor the bravery, sacrifice, and service of our nation’s veterans.
Our amazing fine arts students came together as a full orchestra and performed a moving tribute, filling the gym with music that celebrated the spirit of courage and gratitude.
We were also honored to welcome our guest speaker, Mr. Michael Grabowski, who shared inspiring words about the meaning of service and the importance of remembering those who have served.
Special thank you to the wonderful Kingwood ASL students for signing the national anthem.
Lastly, thank you to all who made this special event possible—and most importantly, to our veterans, for your dedication and sacrifice.

HAAM Food Drive: Little Ones, Big Needs
