Harmony School of Discovery is proud to recognize 38 exceptional educators who have earned a total of $438,000 through the Teacher Incentive Allotment, or TIA, designations for the 2025–2026 school year.

These honors are awarded to teachers who demonstrate outstanding instructional skill and make a meaningful difference in student growth and achievement. Through the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment Program, top-performing teachers are recognized for their excellence in the classroom and their impact on student success.

This accomplishment reflects each teacher’s dedication, passion, and commitment to high-quality education. Their hard work, creativity, and strong belief in every student’s potential continue to inspire students, colleagues, and our entire school community.

🎓✨ Congratulations to Keya J., a 2026 graduate from Harmony School of Discovery–Houston, on receiving the prestigious Daikin Most Valuable STEAM Scholarship!

Sponsored by Daikin Comfort and the Astros Foundation this highly competitive scholarship awards $10,000 to outstanding students who demonstrate excellence in STEAM, leadership, and innovation.

Keya plans to study Biomedical Engineering and is already making an impact. Through a prestigious internship at Rice University, she explored AI applications in healthcare and RNA vaccine development.
