Dear Ignite Community Schools Families,

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to monitor Tropical Storm Edouard and its potential impact on our communities. Ignite Community Schools will resume normal school operations tomorrow, Wednesday, September 2, 2026. All campuses will open and operate according to their regular schedules. Our team will continue to closely monitor Tropical Storm Edouard, local weather and road conditions, and guidance from local officials throughout the evening and early morning. Should conditions change in a way that could impact the safety of our students, families, or staff, we will communicate any necessary updates as quickly as possible.

As always, the safety of our Ignite community remains our highest priority. We encourage families and staff to continue monitoring local weather conditions and exercise caution while
traveling.

Thank you for your continued flexibility, patience, and partnership as we navigate the changing weather conditions together.

📚➕ Saturday Learning in Action! ➕📚

Our scholars had a wonderful time during ADSY Saturday School! 🧡💙 With a strong focus on math, scholars were engaged, participating, thinking critically, and continuing to strengthen their skills—all while enjoying the learning experience!

A special THANK YOU to our amazing families who made it a priority to bring their scholars out on a Saturday to continue their learning. Your partnership and commitment make such a difference! 🥰

📚✨ Collaboration in Action! ✨📚

Our teachers came together during Friday’s PLC meetings to dig deeper into lesson internalization, purposeful planning, and annotating lessons to ensure instruction is intentional, engaging, and aligned to the needs of our scholars. 💡📝

Staying on top of the work means staying prepared, working together, and keeping our scholars at the center of every decision we make. When educators collaborate with purpose, our scholars benefit!

We are continuing to grow, plan, reflect, and push forward together because excellence requires teamwork!

🎨💦 Creativity is flowing in Art Class! 💦🎨

Our scholars had such a wonderful time exploring the beauty of watercolors! 🖌️🌈 From blending colors to creating their own unique masterpieces, they were able to let their imagination and creativity shine.

We love seeing our scholars express themselves through art while learning new techniques and having fun along the way! 💙🧡

🌟 Think Win-Win in Action! 🌟

Our amazing third graders were fully engaged during today’s Leader in Me activity as they explored Habit 4: Think Win-Win! 🤝💡

Scholars learned that a Win-Win mindset means looking for solutions where everyone can feel successful, respected, and valued. Through thoughtful discussion and hands-on learning, they practiced thinking about how their choices can benefit both themselves and others. 💭✨

At Ignite Community School – Fallbrook, Leader in Me is part of our daily learning, helping our scholars build leadership skills, strengthen relationships, and develop habits that will help them succeed in the classroom and beyond. ❤️📚

🎯🧪 5th Grade Learning in Action! 🦅✨

Our 5th grade scholars have been busy learning, collaborating, and creating! During their science activity, scholars explored solids, liquids, and gases through a hands-on project that allowed them to show what they know in a fun and creative way. 💧🧊🌬️

They also reflected on what it means to be “I Am Goal-Oriented” as part of our SPARK focus—thinking about their goals, making a plan, and taking steps toward success! 🎯💪🏽

We love seeing our scholars work together, think deeply, and take ownership of their learning. Keep shining, Eagles! 🧡💙🦅
