If you are at the National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector (NCMPS) conference, you don't want to miss this! Sunday Closing Plenary: Integration, Intention, and the Prepared Adult. The conference doesn’t end with “goodbye.” It ends with integration.

Join Dr. Nicole Evans (Senior Director of Leadership, Embracing Equity) and Regina Dyson (Board Chair, Montessori for Social Justice) for a closing plenary designed as an intentional pause—space to reflect on what surfaced, name what shifted, and carry forward renewed clarity and compassion as more fully prepared adults.

Expect guided reflection, communal witnessing, and a grounded sense of continuation: the circle remains, even as we step back into our classrooms and communities.
