Jeneé (Jai) Christell Pierre advocates for women of color to heal their minds, bodies, and spirits.

Her purpose is to inspire the lives of her sisters to live their most fulfilled lives and through intentional self-care and work/life balance. Through The Woman’s Earth® movement, she curates sacred and safe spaces to facilitate healing, fun and transformative experiences in the spirit of sisterhood. Her love for travel and learning about different cultures is the reason she chooses exotic destina

tions to host her self-love retreats. Women Are The Source And Foundation For Healthy Communities And When We Elevate And Heal Women, We In Turn Heal Their Wombs And The Nations That Birth From Them
Jeneé earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis in human resources management from Texas Southern University. She is a certified human resources consultant with over 17 years of experience in non-profit and for-profit administration. Jeneé is a graduate of the SURE (Stimulating Urban Renewal through Entrepreneurship) Program at the University of Houston and the Frost Bank Entrepreneurship Program. Jeneé is also a Birth Doula who advocates for maternal health and awareness for black mothers and is a Board Member for Healthy Women Houston. Jeneé has been recognized as an influencer community leader and is currently an elite Brand Ambassador for O, The Oprah Magazine. When she's not are not carrying out the duties of her workpreneur life, you can find Jeneé enjoying time with family and friends, taking a yoga or dance class, traveling and having child-like fun with her two doggies Cupid and Neptune.

🌸Summer of Sisterhood🌸

This past Friday, I attended the Watch Party for the new show Family Empire Houston on OWN. The event was full of guests who came to support the Braden family who is featured as a multigenerational family who built a successful real estate business in Houston started by the family matriarch, Oscarene. 👑

I was introduced to the family by one of the ‘G 2’s’ who served as a powerhouse panelist at my recent event - more to come on these reflections.
While attending the event I saw familiar faces and met new ones including Stephanie who drove from Dallas to support her cousins. Guests included family, friends, sorority sisters, and more all there full of excitement and love for this family. 🩷

The Braden women embody Black excellence, blended with the unique Southern charm found only in Houston. Their style, family traditions, prayers, and cuisine—from oxtails to crawfish—made it easy to feel a deep connection. They also teach us about building generational wealth and overcoming real-life challenges and family drama. The Braden women undoubtedly represent . 🌸
