Fi****ms demonstrations have returned to heat up the cooler weather. Catch live black powder demonstrations by the reflection pool on the third Saturday of every month.

This Saturday, November 15th, join San Jacinto Battleground staff in an exploration of the arms used throughout the Texas Revolution and at the Battle of San Jacinto. Demonstrations take place every thirty minutes from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM!

Calling all students grades 2-12! The Bryan Museum is excited to announce the 2026 I Am Texas Writing and Art Contest is now open!
This annual competition allows students to show us their talent by submitting Texas inspired writing and art. Finalists have the opportunity to have their writing published and their art hung in The Bryan Museum. We can't wait to see the amazing works that will be submitted this year!

SATURDAY OCTOBER 18 - LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE The Bryan Museum is pleased to announce the 4th Annual Visions of the West Exhibition and Auction and signature one-night event, Art Untamed: A Night of Contemporary Western Art.
The Visions of the West Exhibition and Online Auction will begin on Friday, September 26 and end on Sunday, October 12 at The Bryan Museum
Saturday, October 18 will be a night of contemporary western artists showcasing the hard work, talents, and inspiration that goes into their unique pieces. This is the night of contemporary western art and auction where you can meet all of the artists in Visions of The West exhibition, enjoy a cocktail reception, live music, seated dinner and participate in the live auction of the exhibition.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR!! Senior night is coming up next week. Plan to join us as we honor the class of 2026 seniors. The fun starts at 5:00, with the varsity boys game, followed by the recognition of the senior class, and the varsity girls will play afterward. We can’t wait to see you there! 🎓 ♥️
