In the Talent And Ties Program, students learn more than how to tie a tie. I teach them how to Thrive, Inspire, and Excel. Here's an acronym for "TIE" that symbolizes how tying a tie can represent success and thriving in life and school:

T.I.E. - Thrive, Inspire, Excel

T - Thrive:
Tying a tie represents thriving in life by embracing challenges, growing through experiences, and striving for excellence in everything you do. Just as you carefully tie a tie to look your best, you should also take care in how you approach your education and life, always aiming to thrive.

I - Inspire:
The act of tying a tie symbolizes inspiring yourself and others. It reflects a commitment to setting a positive example, encouraging others to achieve their goals, and leading by example in both school and life. When you put on a tie, you're preparing yourself to be a source of inspiration.

E - Excel:
A well-tied tie is a sign of attention to detail and a desire to excel. In school and life, this means going the extra mile, doing your best work, and continuously pushing yourself to reach new heights. By tying a tie, you’re symbolically preparing to excel in all your endeavors.

This acronym not only ties (pun intended!) the act of wearing a tie to success but also emphasizes key values that will help students succeed in both their academic and personal lives.
