Redefining the "FGF Benchmark": Precision and Performance with Pulsar Atom

Our next FGF User Group talk is by Simon Duchaine of Dyze Design! Simon will discuss what "stability" means for pellet extrusion and why it is such a critical metric. He will break down the new benchmarks Dyze has set for FGF through the technical breakthroughs of the Pulsar Atom extruder. He will also explain how they've achieved sub-micron stability and how that level of precision control translates into repeatable, industrial-grade parts. He will share insights into the engineering hurdles they've cleared and how these advancements solve traditional pain points in pellet-based 3D printing.

Join us for Simon's talk at 2:00 PM CST Tuesday, April 21 on Zoom:

Our next FGF User Group talk is by Aslinur Taskin of ADAXIS! Hybrid manufacturing systems combine additive and subtractive processes to produce complex, high-performance parts. This presentation explores how tool path strategies must evolve to support hybrid workflows, including process transitions, motion planning, and coordinated additive and machining operations. It will also highlight the role of scanning and digital feedback in bridging the physical and digital manufacturing workflow. Through practical examples from robotic manufacturing environments, the session demonstrates how advanced tool path generation enables more efficient, precise, and reliable hybrid production.

Join us for Aslinur's talk at 2:00 PM CST Tuesday, March 17 on Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83860392007?pwd=yDPivNaIa95bdHaEGiGd8MZ9LvmyIa.1
