Help us better understand exercise in microgravity, these shoes will. The force is strong with the ForceShoe, the most stylish sandal in space.
May the Force (Shoes) Be With You Maintaining astronaut bone and muscle health in microgravity is an ongoing concern for NASA, and now the agency is “forcing” the issue with a new investigation.
HRP Spaceflight Analogs with Joe Neigut and Ronita Cromwell Analogs have been used for a very long time at NASA and they continually refine and evolve over time but the concepts of analogs always stay the same.

This is a great interview with Astronaut Rick Mastracchio who is currently serving as flight engineer aboard the International Space Station for Expedition 38. What an inspiration to students who have an interest in math and science. Also just a great example of how persistence is what is needed to accomplish your goals!
Preflight Interview: Rick Mastracchio "It took nine years from the point of that application to get selected as an astronaut, but it goes back to my interest in math and science."
