I recently received confirmation that the program I currently support will be ending due to funding changes, and my specific role will not be included in the expansion of a similar initiative. While my position will officially conclude in October 2026, this has prompted me to begin exploring what my next chapter could look like.
For the past 15+ years, I’ve worked in education and youth development, designing trainings, leading initiatives, coordinating events and partnerships, and supporting organizations in improving program quality and impact. My work has always centered on strengthening communities by merging quality with access and meaningful implementation.
At my core, I’m passionate about making a difference and being a resource pillar in my community. My life’s purpose has always been to be the person I needed growing up—someone who creates opportunities, builds connections, and helps others succeed.
While much of my experience has been in education and nonprofit spaces, I’m open to opportunities across sectors that align with this mission. My skills span areas such as:
• Program & project management
• Training facilitation & professional development
• Event planning & convening coordination
• Community engagement & partnership development
• Quality improvement & coaching
• Strategic initiatives & cross-team collaboration
If you come across opportunities that you think would be a good fit, I would truly appreciate you sharing them with me or mentioning my name in rooms I may not yet be in. Those connections often make all the difference.
Thank you in advance to my network for your support and encouragement as I begin exploring what’s next. 🤎

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of piloting my first presentation as the Early REACH Training Specialist. We flew Early REACH Airlines✈️🌟and The Journey of a Pedagogical Leader’ took off as we explored pedagogical leadership through the Reggio Emilia approach, flying high on reflection, collaboration, and growth. From takeoff to landing, we navigated the skies of leadership with a steady hand, soaring through the concepts of reflective practice and meaningful interactions. Ready for the next flight, and so excited for the journey ahead! 🚀📚 This was such a fun presentation to lead and of course I had to get into character lol and to celebrate my first flight my bosses and colleague got me !! 🍪 I’m so grateful I get to do something I love and most importantly impact our youth
