Treatment Director
Minimum Qualifications (Texas Minimum Standards Required)
• Master’s Degree in:
• Social Work
• Psychology
• Counseling
• Human Services or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience providing treatment services to children
• Minimum 1 year experience in:
• Foster care
• Residential child care
• CPA setting
• Must meet qualifications to serve as a Treatment Director under TAC Chapter 749



🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Licensed:
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or
• Experience with:
• DFPS contracts
• T3C model implementation
• Casebook system
