Hello Eagle Families!

We hope you save the date and make a plan to join us for the first Parent Teacher Organization meeting of the 2026/2027 school year! All parents, staff, and faculty are welcome (you do not need to be a PTO member to attend)!

Ashford Cafeteria

We will be working on approving the budget, discussing events for this coming year, and the different ways we support our students, staff, and faculty at Ashford Elementary.

PTO Members will receive a link as an option to attend and listen-in online! It's a membership benefit!

Kroger x Box Tops!

If you shop at Kroger, there are some FIRE matchups this weekend between Kroger Digital Coupons, Box Tops, and (if you are into the rebate apps) Ibotta/Fetch! - Easy was to give money to the school without crazy money out of pocket!

1st! - Kroger Community Rewards - Make sure you have our Ashford Elementary PTO set up as your Community Rewards selection.

2nd! - Make sure you have the Box Tops App downloaded (referral code: DY8121CS earns us $10 for the school if you are new!!!)

3rd - check out some of these AWESOME DEALS right now, that also give us Box Tops with your receipt AND a lot of them match up with other rebate apps to put money back in YOUR pocket too!!!!

I mean… take GoGurt for an example? Don’t normally buy name brand?

Right now an 8ct of GoGurt at Kroger (normally 3.49) is on coupon for $1.49!!!! Ibotta (a rebate app) will give you $1 back on each up to 5 (that’s 49cents out of pocket for each!!!) - AND! Submitting to Box tops will give the school 10cents for each!!!

In the BoxTops App, you can choose to give credit to a certain grade. This isn’t something we’ve been particularly tracking, but some schools make a competition of it.

What do you think? Should we attach some sort of incentive for the highest earning grade? 🤔

When you stop by this Thursday, August 6th (4-5:30pm!) for Meet the Teacher - Don't forget to come see us at the PTO Table! Learn about our Parent Teacher Organization, ways you can get involved this year at the school, and freshen up your Spirit Wear!

We will have the new 1st & 2nd grade RED spirit shirts available!

Spirit Shirts are $10
Spirit Sweatshirts are $20

PTO Membership (which comes with a Spirit Shirt included) is $15

Spirit shirts that are your student's grade level color (Prek & K - Gold, 1st & 2nd - Red, 3rd through 5th - Navy) can be worn as a school uniform shirt any weekday!

Payment can be made with cash, Zelle, or card (including tap cards, all cards will cost $1 more to cover fees). Unfortunately we cannot take CashApp at this time.
