Join us for an insightful discussion with Angelo Chen, a Biosciences and Health Sciences student at Rice University and Medical Humanities minor. Drawing on his lung cancer research at MD Anderson and interest in narrative medicine, Angelo will explore the importance of listening to older adults, how their stories inform care, and ways healthcare teams can bring greater compassion and humanity to everyday interactions.

June 15th is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD). For 20 years, WEAAD has increased awareness about elder abuse recognition and prevention.
