💙 With heavy hearts and immense gratitude, we say farewell to our beloved Principal, Dr. Diego Linares. In just three years, he helped transform Houston MSTC High School with vision, heart, and unwavering belief in our students. From raising our academic standing to building a stronger, more united community—his impact is undeniable.

Though he’s stepping into a new role as Executive Director of Instruction with HISD, his legacy will live on in every hallway, every classroom, and every life he’s touched.

Thank you, Dr. Linares, for your love, leadership, and commitment. You will forever be a part of the Houston MSTC family. 💙🧡

STAAR testing is here! Make sure your student(s) gets a good night’s sleep and arrives at school on time with their laptop and charger. A well-rested brain is a ready brain! Good luck!👏🌟

LISTEN UP TIGERS!!!!!

SHMSTC will be holding a raffle for this year’s STAAR ⭐️ tests. You will have a chance to win various prizes such as a Playstation 5🎮, iPad, Meta Quest 2, TV, etc. For EVERY staar test you take, if you score meets, you will get five raffle tickets. If you master the test, you will get ten raffle tickets. We will draw names when the STAAR results come in!
